Shipping Policy

At Studio 99, we strive to deliver high-quality clothing and accessories to our customers worldwide. Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices and styles, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to:

  • United States

  • Europe (UK, EU, and Non-EU countries)

  • Rest of the World (Please check your specific country at checkout for availability)

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times vary by location. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be a flat rate and be displayed at checkout. We may offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g., $75+), which will be automatically applied at the time of purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48–72 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

(Your Company Name) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • For our European customers: Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay VAT or import duties upon the arrival of your package.

7. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional cost.

8. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
